Johana Goyes Vallejos

Postdoctoral Fellow, Division of Biological Sciences

Johana Goyes Vallejos is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Missouri, Columbia. A native of Colombia (South America), she undertook her undergraduate degree at the Universidad del Valle, Cali (Colombia) in Biology with a minor in Genetics. Johana received her Ph.D. from the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Department at the University of Connecticut, Storrs CT, where she studied the mating and parental care behaviors of the guardian frog of Borneo. Johana has conducted research in Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, USA, Brunei Darussalam, Guyana, and the Philippines.
