Saline County Extension
Our crowd was small at only 5 in Saline, but we had great fun talking to those that did attend! It was a wonderful venue on the Saline county fairgrounds.
Osage County Extension
A crowd of 13 met us in Osage at Fatima High School. Our speakers, Alexandra Costello, Jenna Decata, Jordyn Lucas, Clifton Ricana, Levi Storks, and Joinee Taylor, did a fantastic job, as always. We even got a feature on the front page of the Unterrified Democrat!
Miller County Extension
We spoke to an audience of 15 at Eldon High School. Hopefully we were a good reprieve from conferences that night!
Pettis County Extension
Only one person turned out for our event in Pettis, but we still had a great time discussing our research with her. Whether it’s 1 or 100, Science on Wheels always finds a way to enjoy talking about the topics we love.
Lenoir Woods Senior Living Center
We visited the local Lenoir Woods independent living center in September. Our speakers, Samantha Brady, Aditi Mishra, Mandy Paz, Chris Willig, and Levi Storks spoke to a large group of 43 seniors, who were also firing rounds of great questions at us! This was our best event yet, and we look forward to coming back, especially with such the stellar feedback we received from our audience.
